How it works

Send us scanned copies of the documents (list below). Pay for the full service. After that, we begin processing the documents.

Appointment booking for document submission. Personal presence is required for submission. Children aged 0 and older are also required to be present in person at the Visa Center. We can send the Visa Center nearest to you upon request; please provide the city and country.

On the day of submission, you will need to provide biometric data (fingerprints), and a photo for the visa will be taken on site. We recommend arriving in advance for biometric data collection.

After submitting the documents, the Embassy will review your documents for approximately 2-3 months. As soon as the passport is ready, we will inform you.

The list we prepare the documents by for this country. We check the set before submission.
- Scan of the first page of the international passport.
- Scan of all stamps/visas from the previous international passport, if available.
- Copy of the first page of the Russian passport.
- Certificate from work on company letterhead indicating position, salary, and start date. For individual entrepreneurs (IP) - copy of TIN, OGRNIP, and the latest income declaration of the individual entrepreneur. For self-employed, registration certificate.
- Bank account statement with balance and transaction history for the last 3 months; final balance at least 500 thousand rubles/person.
- Additional documents, such as a property ownership certificate, marriage certificate, birth certificates of children, etc., will not be superfluous; if available, it is better to provide them.
- If the trip is for visiting/business/study purposes – provide supporting documents.
- For children, in addition to the main list of documents:🔷 Birth certificate 🔷 Certificate from the educational institution 🔷 Sponsor's financial documents 🔷 Notarized consent for departure, if traveling with one of the parents.
