How it works

    Send us scanned copies of the documents (list below). Pay for the full service. After that, we begin processing the documents.

  2. 2

    Biometrics appointment. After submitting documents online, the Consulate invites you for biometrics. You will need to go and submit fingerprints within 10 working days at the visa center.

  3. 3

    After reviewing the application, the Embassy will send a response with approval and a request to bring the passport for the visa sticker.

  • Scan of a valid international passport.
  • Scan of all stamps/visas from the international passport + from the previous one, if available.
  • Certificate from the place of employment indicating position, salary amount for the last 6 months (broken down by month), duration of employment with this organization, vacation dates (mandatory). For individual entrepreneurs (IP) - Copy of TIN (INN), OGRNIP, and the latest income declaration of the individual entrepreneur. For self-employed persons, a registration certificate.
  • Bank statement with transaction activity for a period of at least 4 months with a balance proportionate to the trip expenses OR additionally a statement for another bank account with a balance for the trip (at least 3-5.000 Canadian $. The more, the better).
  • Documents confirming marital status (birth certificates of minor children, marriage certificate, divorce certificate).
  • Documents for real estate/ car in your name.
  • Booking of air tickets, hotels, travel itinerary (we will provide if missing).
  • If the trip is for visiting/business/study purposes – provide supporting documents.
  • For children, in addition to the main list of documents:🔷 Birth certificate 🔷 Certificate from the educational institution 🔷 Sponsor's financial documents 🔷 Notarized consent for departure, if traveling with one of the parents.
